Sam Allardyce announced on Tuesday (May 23rd) that he'll be resigning from his position as Crystal Palace manager after successfully guiding them out of the relegation zone to end the 2016/2017 campaign on a positive note. Allardyce's decision to resign comes just five months after he was appointed manager following Alan Pardew's sacking just before Christmas in 2016. Big Sam has become quite famous for his uncanny ability to guide clubs out of the relegation zone, but the 62-year old suggests he's done with his management career.
