Mohamed Salah

Time span of Mohamed Salah deal underlines Liverpool’s stoicism

Mohamed Salah of AS Roma has been heavily linked with a move to Liverpool for what feels like forever, especially for eagerly-awaiting Liverpool fans. Roma had rejected Liverpool's initial bid of £28m towards the end of May and have been holding out for a fee closer to £35m for the Egyptian international . In the latest coming from the rumor mill, the two clubs are on the verge of reaching an agreement for the move and Salah looks set to travel to London [where Liverpool do have offices] as early as Tuesday (June 20th) to finalize the deal. If the deal does go through, Salah will have become Jurgen Klopp's most expensive signing since he's been manager of Liverpool.
